Is the above mentioned utility available on any system other than
mibsrv.mib.eng.ua.edu   130.160.20.80 ?

I can log in to the system, cwd and ls around its file system, but the
file transfer always fails.  I am currently trying to determine why -
I don't have such problems with other systems - but in the mean time I
would like to know if I can go elsewhere to get it.
