Hullo,

	If this has already been asked before, I missed it...

	Is there any way to change the startup screen in Windows 3.0?
	I would really like to poof up my logo instead of theirs.
	Also, besides the icons, and the wallpaper, is there anything
	else I can change?  Has anyone written any sound apps yet?
	PCs aren't great for sound, but almost anything would be
	more interesting than 'beep'.  Thanks in advance!
