Well, I guess it's a matter of opinion about where is the more appropriate place for windows binaries. I gather that you are suggesting that comp.binaries.ibm.pc is the best place, but there are quite a few people who disagree. I think c.b.i.p is too generalized, and since there is only one section for MSwindows stuff, I guess we'll put them here. If you don't like the clutter, then I suggest *YOU* do something about it and get a comp.binaries.windows.ms started. Whining isn't going to solve the problem.
