Does anyone know ...

1) Is there a Textronics 4014 terminal emulator that runs under DECwindows 
   available?
2) And/or is there a modified "xterm" such that a 4014 terminal emulator may
   run under DECwindows?  In other words, is there "xterm" source code which 
   has been ported to DECwindows somewhere out there?

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
