   I have added the reflection mode (opcodes 250 and 251 of DVI file) feature
to xdvi, so it can now display Hebrew, Arabic and other semitic laguages.
I would like to distribute it in public, but I don't really know how.
It can currently be obtained via anonymous ftp from boojum.huji.ac.il
(132.65.6.13) in X11/XDVI.TAR.Z

I would appreciate any suggestions and methods on how to distribute the
program.
