Due to several tests done today, I no longer need XYBitmap formats on
any system.  I still have need of XYPixmap and ZPixmap in LSBFirst
(bit and/or byte) format, XYPixmap in any format, and any 2-bit
images.

If you can email or make available for anonymous ftp images which fit
these formats, I'd be grateful.
