What is DIGITAL shipping with its current MOTIF kit for VAX/VMS? Hard to beleive that the standard examples would not be included. The fact that the examples are extensively refered to in the manuals (and obviously you can ship the manuals) would tend to imply the same treatment to be given as the manuals.
