We got a Motif binary distribution for US$500 from:

We loaded it up on a SPARCstation 1 and it worked just fine.  They've
renamed the Xt libraries as Xtm so that your MIT Xt files are not
clobbered, which is nice.

Note that these are _not_ shared libraries, though.  There's another company
who sells a version of the Motif development environment which does have
shared libraries, but they charge quite a bit for runtimes:
