I'm looking for something to serve as an off-road electric wheelchair
that doesn't cost a fortune.  Am I asking too much?

It needs to be able to travel most hiking paths, and in order to be
nice to the environment, should be electric (I guess).

It doesn't need to be a wheel'chair' in the conventional sense of the
word, but the smaller the better, I'd guess.
