Dept. of Cultural Resources Center 1811 North Blvd. Raliegh, NC, 27635 Their 'phone number is 800-662-7726 Library Services for the Blind and Physically Handicapped is a federally funded program which is available in every state. You can arrange the service by phone and order books by phone which you receive through the mail free of postage.
