Subject: Needs information about power supplies from Cherokee

I've got two power supplies from an old computer. It's switching power 
supplies getting 110V AC in and gaves various DC powers out, +5V, +12V and -12.
But the power can't drive a Seagate ST4051 without blowing the fuse. 

Therefore, I wonder if anybody knows anything about the specs. of them?

The manufacturer was: Cherokee International. Laguna Hills, CA 92653
and the models are: QX2AV and QX1A. Booth seems to be around 150W.
