Is there an MTOOLS equivalent for macintosh disks.  I want to transfer
strictly text files from a mac to a sparc, and vice versa.

If there is such a tool, please send e-mail

If there is something about mac disk organization that makes this 
an utterly ridiculous request, also send e-mail
