HOLD IT. According to the post it was a RUNTIME version of Hyperstudio.
I got the impression that this would only allow reading of stacks and not
creation or editing.

i.e. it qualified as a crippled demo copy which would be a very reasonable
shareware/freeware advertisement for Hyperstudio.

Cool it until you know for sure. If that post was indeed illegal, then nuke
the bugger and its poster with my blessings.
