Hello,
 Apparently, Ralf Brown's spawno() disk swapping function for Turbo C
can be found at cs.cmu.edu in /afs/cs.cmu.edu/user/ralf/pub, and is
available via anonymous FTP. However, the gateway here won't let me
get a copy. Could someone who can access this please send me a copy ?
