	After finally receiving the missing parts for the ms utilities, I
notice that parts 8 through 13 appear to be too short.  I'm not sure
whether this is a condition local to UNR or a problem everyone has
experienced.  If the problem is global then I would like to have these
parts reposted.  If not, then sorry...
