Topic: The Ungermann Bass NICPS2 board

1) Will not work with any clarkson driver including ubnic.
   Ubnic seems to load only with the -n option put pksend ... cause
   the machine to freeze.

2) Will not work properly in a repetition of the following sequence.
   marknet net
   ipx
   net3
   ...
   relnet net
   A repeat cause ipx to hang the machine

3) Netware or IBM tcipip  will only work one time under windows 3.0.
   Any repetitive invocation of software under a command shell 
   results in an error.

4) They are AIX, netware and IBM tcpip compatible alone.

I have been restricted to one netorked environment at a time...terrible
for general use.


This is the last message I will post to the net concerning the 32
units I have.  I do wonder why in 1.5 years, no one from Ungermann
Bass has ever replied or called to any of my numerous messages.  Maybe they
are running novell and can't get to the internet!  I also am curious why
no one has ever replied that used this board?
they can't get there cards to access the internet correctly.
