I found out that the following three software packages emulate MNP5: MTE from MagicSoft (Lombard, IL; 312-953-2374); $79 Mirror III from SoftKlone (Tallahassee FL; 904-878-8564); $??? FLASHLINK (vendor unknown); ~$40 My main application is editing files. I called SoftKlone and they said their package would make my Hayes 2400 faster in that respect. The guy at MTE didn't think so, but I don't think he was a techie :-). Does anyone know who makes FLASHLINK? Anyway, has anyone had any experience with any of the above? If so, what about speed increase (screen updates, ...). One more question: are there any PD (free) software packages out there? Thanks... -- Please email -- I'll summarize.
