I just signed up for new phone service and they mentioned this to me. I'm going to try using the above two features ($1.35/month each) instead of regular call forwarding ($3/month). /eli [Moderator's Note: Indeed, it is a much better offering. I have it on my cell phone. With regular call forwarding, it is easy to forget to turn it on when you leave, or turn off when you return. If you use the 'forward on busy/no answer' feature instead, you can leave it turned on all the time. You'll always get three or four rings before the call is transferred back out to voicemail or wherever. PT]
