We're considering moving the paragraph commands from M-[ and M-]
to M-{ and M-} in version 19, to eliminate the conflict with the
sequences sent by most keypads and function keys.

Please say whether you like or dislike this idea.
Or, if you have a different idea for where to move the commands to,
please suggest it.
