Sounds like you need the rest of the include files (that DEC didn't supply) for X11R3. If you want a copy of X10.h, I can email on to you. Or if you installed the "unsupported" X stuff, there's another directory they put all those "MIT" headers in. See /usr/include/mit/X11/X10.h.
