Since I'm still getting "could you please send me"'s, I'm
worried that some folks haven't gotten the bibliography I
posted after my initial posting. Sooo, if you get this
message but you never got the bibliography (or you never
get this...;-), send me mail and I'll send you your own
personal copy of the bibliography. Please indicate that
you never got the biblio - that way I know you just haven't
caught up on your reading yet.
