A friend of mine is negotiating employment with Willowglen Systems (of
Calgary, Alberta).  It being a smallish company, he has been somewhat
frustrated finding out anything about it (other than what the company
has told him).  His specific concerns: the company's current reputation;
the company's potential in the marketplace; and what might they be like
to work for.  (His wife is Canadian, so he's well aware of all that!)

If anyone on the net has information (positive or negative) about said firm,
