Is anyone familiar with the paper on quadtrees and octrees called
'Object Representation by Means of Nonminimal Division Quadtrees
and Octrees' by D.Ayala et. al. ?

If so please mail me ellens@unx.sas.com.  I have several quite
specific questions that I can't figure out, though I've reread
