On page 672 of the book Computer Graphics Principals & Practice it says that
exercise 15.25 explains how to use a z-buffer for picking.  What exercise
15.25?  The exercises stop at 15.24.  If one of the authors has it handy it
would be nice nice to get a preliminary errata out even if it isn't the final
version.
