  I'm looking for a graphics board that will compress,
  decompress, scale, and rotate images.  The board does not
  need video output.   I'm also looking for a 300dpi scanner.  
  The above must run on a 386/AT based machine running UNIX SYSTEM V 3.2. 
  Any leads would be appreciated.
