This is the latest revision to the Forth Interest Group Bylaws with
 a revision date of July 21, 1990.  The archive is compatable with
 the IBM version of ARC 5.2 and the file itself is pur ASCII with
 CR/LFs and Form Feeds between lines for maximum compatability with
 user's systems.  For those who are interested in how FIG is run,
 this is required reading.  Please leave your comments in the
 Bulletin Board messages.
