Dear  comp.lang.postscript'ers:

I suppose this is a frequently asked question, but since I couldn't
find the FAQ sheet I'll post it anyways, and please don't bar-b-q
me for it.

I would like to know what is available PD or commercially
for viewing / editing PS files on a PC (or maybe even a MAC)?

I just need to center/clip/move figures and produce an EPS output.

If you have TurboC 2.0/C++ 1.0 to do the same I could modify/compile
and run that.
