I am currently in the process of writing a partial evaluator for Prolog.
I am aware that a few people around the world have done this already.
If this is you, I am interested in getting in contact with you. 
In particular:
	
	- comments on problems, pitfalls that you have found
	- articles, tech reports, thesis you have written
