I have been trying to contact Yugoslavia via Usenet but so far
all the mail has bounced "user unknown" or whatever.

What troubles me is that the latest Map of Yugoslavia DOES
show at least about six users there.I have sent mail to each
and NADA but the MAILER-DEAMON at ninurta.fer.yu does reply
with the bounces.

Someone told me that they are on Bitnet?

Can anyone help?
