In a polite society, guests of others should use their hosts' resources prudently. What I mean by neighbor checking, is that I will not reroute past a host that is not declared a neighbor of the previous host in the maps. [with the exception that I will shortcut to FQDNs]. So in response to your question, ``Where would you send mail for sgi!apple!user'', I would send it to apple!user@sgi.com.
