I want to propose a new newsgroup for regular postings of files
containing bibliographic references for articles in conference
proceedings, magazines, tutorials, readers aso. 

	comp.bibliography

In the past, some bib files for the OOPSLA Conference Proceedings
showed up in the news and I think this should be possible for a
broader spectrum of events. An extensive collection of bib files
would be an extremely valuable thing, not only for automatically
creating list of references but also for searching articles related
to a specific subject.
