A friend of mine works at a company that has an IBM voice response system that allows users to dial in over a touch-tone phone and get information about things like their account balance, last transaction etc. This company isn't happy with the system they currently have, but aren't sure how to research other vendors. "I know," I said, "Let's ask the net - they know everything!" So, answers, pointers, humorous anecdotes all gratefully received. 1) Who makes these systems? 2) Is there an industry organization? A trade rag? 3) What kind do you have? Do you like it? 4) Where to go for more info? Thanks, Dave Seaman kensho@s37.prime.com
