This concerns the TC 1.0 help system, and a help option that I've not
been able to get to. The menu is Help/Contents.  In that menu ther are
several features listed, such as:

	Help On Help
	Menu Commands
	Keyboard Hot Keys

	C++ Language
	Header Files

etc. etc.

On my Mono monitor all of the above options appear highlighted, with
the exception of "C++ Language", and I cannot select this option.  Has
anyone else seen this?  I've not found anything in documentation that
explains this, or why the option is not available.
