A few months ago Turbopower Software posted their in-house programmer's
editor TPE to Compuserve.  It's multi-window, and has built-in hooks to the 
Turbo Pascal compiler (and probably some other undefined hooks too, if it's like
their Turbo Analyst environment, so you can add your own tools).  

Since CIS is a long distance call for me, I'd like to save some money if I 
could:  does anyone have a copy available for ftp?

If you don't have a copy, but would like one, email me, and I'll pass on
whatever I get (or if I get nothing, I'll download it from CIS, and pass it on).
