I assume that the developers of PCIP V2.0 read this list.  Here's
  a list of bugs.  If you need further details, please let me know.

  If any period in name specified, no search of domains occurs:
    telnet alex.engin   (with brown.edu as Domain Path)
  returns:
    Name resolution failure

Emulator - general
  1.) TELNET.CN[B,F], not read unless in current directory.

Emulator - VT100/200
  1.) Sequence "<ESC>[?6h<ESC>[0;24r<ESC>0;0H" which is
      "Top of scrolling region is origin, set scrolling region to
       lines 0-24, Home" crashes TELNET.
  2.) "CSI-0J", erase from cursor to end of display - only erases
      scrolling region.
  3.) Scrolling is incorrect in scrolling region - last line isn't
      changed during reverse scroll.
  4.) Keypad "-" and "," not predefined.
  5.) Selection of VT100 and then query of terminal type
      returns VT200.
  6.) "CSI-!p", soft terminal reset doesn't work - 'p' is
      echoed, reset is not done.
  7.) VT200 appears to be only 7-bit mode.

MISC - Junk in Preferred Terminal seen once.
       Manual bugs.
       Saw Memory Addressing Fault, System Halted after running
          SETTERM - unreproducible.

Minor Bugs:
  1.) Telnet connected message doesn't wrap if too long to fit in 80.

Issues
  1.) Some way to view key settings and other attribs (eg color).
      This isn't even listed in the manual.
  2.) Would be nice to be able to use Alt-1, 2, etc.  All
      keys should really be redefineable.
  3.) CONFIG should read IFCONFIG.IFC - it only writes.
