With the frequent hardware problems of late on lib.tmc.edu, I have now 
installed a duplicate archive for the offical copies of RN/RRN and NNTP.
The archive is only accessable via FTP at this point.

You can get this stuff from lib.tmc.edu and now from gazette.bcm.tmc.edu.

The patch kits remain available via FTP and via an archive-server from
bcm.tmc.edu.
