Yes - the name of the program is 'track'.  I think it originated at
Bellcore, but one place you can get it by anonymous ftp is from
athena-dist.mit.edu.  They have hacked with it some for Project
Athena purposes, but I think you'll find it usable.  (I'm not
an expert on this - we just started trying to learn to use it.)
