I've seen it on the shelves (Thin's in Edinburgh).  I then ordered one
through another supplier three months ago.  Not a peep yet.

Pretty serious printing error that gets a whole edition withdrawn and
can't be fixed with an errata slip.  Did Cliff say something about Cecil
Parkinson?  :-)
