Is there a file compressor out there anywhere that will allow you to
compress a text file in a format that can be dissolved by IBM,C64, and
Amiga Users? I'd like to be able to upload some text to a primarily C64
BBS but ARC won't work and the 64 users don't have Zip or Zoo.
