   UniTex has these, at $60 apiece. Snail mail reach them at:

   I've just ordered 16 256K X 4 chips at $14 apiece - I'm a bit concerned
about the reliability of the 4M parts yet, I've seen some unpleasent failure
rates quoted.

   Otherwise, I have no connections to this mail order shop.
