I have my PCTransporter in my GS configured with the Imagewriter II print 
driver (IW2EMUL).  The IW2 is configured for a default of 10 cpi. What I 
need is to be able to fill in the following table with the proper control 
codes.  I've tried some codes I've gotten from a Tandy manual with an IBM 
compatible mode but these don't seem to work.


    Attribute		Code-ON		Code-OFF
----------------------------------------------------
WORK:

    Emphasized		ESC E		ESC F		space only for
    Double Strike	ESC G		ESC H		clarity

NEED:

    UNDERLINE	
    DOUBLE WIDTH
    10 CPI
    12 CPI
    17 CPI

Any help in filling out this table will be appreciated.  I'll publish the 
table if I can complete it.
