The extra wakeup time Mark refers to is dependent on the total amount of
memory plugged into the HP 48SX, and is not specific to the Equation
Library.  When the 48 is turned off, it computes checksums for all of
memory; when it's turned on, it recomputes the checksums to find out
whether memory contents have changed, requiring additional memory
integrity checks and reconfiguration.

The Equation Library does have configuration code that auto-attaches its
libraries to the home directory, but the execution time is negligible.
