Donald Moncreaff) Newsgroups: comp.sys.ibm.pc.hardware Subject: vga monitors Message-ID: Date: 31 Jul 90 14:57:09 GMT Distribution: usa Organization: Committee for Aesthetic Deletion Lines: 37 hi, i'm looking for relatively inexpensive vga monitors, these are the features i'm looking for: 1024x768x16 colors, 800x600x256 color minimun resolution ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^- non-interlaced i would like 1024x768x256 color, but that is not a must size greater than 14" ( and 19" is definately too expensive :-) ) dot pitch of .31 or less price under $800 the monitor must also be able to scan vga and super-vga, 8514/a would be nice also two models i've heard of are the princton ultra 16 (16") and relysis 1520 (15") btw, i don't currently have access to pc-mags review of non-interlaced monitors on apr 10, 90 and anyhow, netland usually has as much, if not more info though maybe not as concisely presented :-) thanx much, respectfully yours, Gregory D.
