Well,

I've heard that the Nanao is more suseptiple to "burn-in" fatigue..  I know
monitors are all suseptiple to this..  But, some guy had a problem when
using the monitors from Nanao after a short period of time.

The NEC 4D maybe your best choice.

For the card, the Pro Designer Plus is an older version.  Get the Pro
Designer II.  Which gives has more drivers and compatibility.  I don't know
about the Genoa.
