I'd assume this would be a VGA thing... VPIC 2.8 (and probably previous versions) says that it can handle "Deluxe Paint LBM (IFF)" format files as well as many other formats for pictures. VPIC is a shareware graphics viewer. I think "LBM" is the abbreviated extension for an ILBM (Interleaved Bitmap) file. I just got VPIC recently and haven't tried it, so your mileage may vary. IFF files aren't all graphics images, either. The IFF file format is an extensible "standard" that can also handle sounds, music, text and other information. Too bad it isn't more popular than it is (except on Amiga). >regards, > byron (= - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Dwight A Lee / lee@chsun1.uchicago.edu / Am I the only net.user in DeKalb? 416 Annie Glidden Rd #B6 / "I am not the only dust my mother raised" - TMBG DeKalb IL 60115 USA / 815-758-1389 / I speak only for myself. / tCS/BB / Font
