Summary: dual coprocessor capabilities? Keywords: AOS, RT, crazy lunatic options Message-ID: <5417@uwm.edu> Date: 28 Jul 90 22:43:31 GMT Sender: news@uwm.edu Organization: University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee - Department of Mathematics Lines: 25 Any 6152 gurus out there? Here's a question: We just put all our 6152's and the server RT on a subnet. Ethernet suddenly bombed, and we started applying the ethernet patches. Then /etc/suspend ceased to function. Well, to make a long story short, I was messing around with the PC-DOS boot program (boot.exe or unix.exe or whatever it's really supposed to be called) to try to get it to work. Option #16 intrigues me. Number of coprocessors [1]? I tried and it will allow two as an answer. Does this imply that a 6152 can handle two coprocessor boards? If so, has it been done? Any gory details available? I don't have the documentation available myself, but Steve looked thru a few guides and couldn't find anything about it. Anybody gots any comments? ;-) ...
