I figure that I can configure a system with a 12 meg silicon disk plus floppy, external modem, etc., AND spend $900 for a Mac Plus to use for the brain transplant and STILL be within $100 of a comparable Mac Portable. Not to mention about two-thirds the weight and bulk. Has anyone used the Isopoint for longer than an in-store demonstration? Any word on real-world battery life? Or any other info? Insight would be greatly appreciated. +------------------------+---------------------------------------+ | Stephen Fleming | In ten years, computers will just be | | fleming@cup.portal.com | bumps in cables. --Gordon Bell | | CI$: 76354,3176 +---------------------------------------| | BIX: srfleming | My employers may disagree vehemently. |
