You won't find much, and you won't find many Macs in economics
departments -- a chicken-egg problem.  RATS is a highly regarded
program that runs on PCs and on Macs.  I looked at an older version
that seemed fairly comprehensive, but it was defiantly anti-Mac in its
interface design.  It should do what you want, though.
