Is it possible to replace the fan on an external hard drive. I have a 80mb PowerDrive (Seagate mechanism I think) which is incredibly noisy (which is probably why it was so cheap) I would like to yank the 747 engine out of it and put in a quieter fan. Does anyone know if this is possible. Thanks.
