Message-ID: <17990001@hpspdra.HP.COM> Date: 30 Jul 90 23:01:11 GMT Organization: Ye Olde Computer Shoppe Lines: 20 Hello, We have a small apple-talk network and we are experiencing intermittent problems (the worst type). First, we only have 2 macs and one apple laser on the appletalk which connects to a 3Com server. The cabling for the appletalk also provides several other cubies with wiring which have not been used for a few months. The problem is that sometimes (intermittently) the server will not allow the to link to the server. We check the terminations and the h/w appears intact. Any ideas? I am fairly ignorant when it comes to mac systems. Please e-mail; I do not normally read this notes group. Thanks, Paul Taira pault@hpspd.spd.hp.com
